After spending their first careers at leading international corporations, our founders decided to use their cleantech knowledge and international business experience to develop new clean solutions to improve the health of people and planet. It was time to make an impact.

They were soon developing these solutions, and with them, a network of like-minded friends and colleagues across the globe.  They would soon build a network of consultants, universities, labs, and governments on the journey to get these solutions studied, tested, approved and licensed. 

The result was a global organization acting as a incubator developing a wide range of cleantech solutions for multiple industries.  In early 2019 a new initiative was created to build new industry-centric companies to encapsulate the intellectual property, teams, and business for a given industry. 

With the world seeking new solutions to the unclean legacy methods of growing and supplying our food, the timing was right to launch a company focused on agriculture.  The result is Katana AgriScience Corp, a new company create in 2020 carrying forward the legacy of these cleantech innovations.
